If you have heard the news you know that snipers attacked last night in Downtown Dallas in what is being called “the worst attack against police officers since 9/11.” This was a targeted ambush which resulted in 6 officers who died and 12 who were shot.Let’s join our hearts in prayer for our city and in particular our police officers who serve every day. Let’s believe for reconciliation among races and for God’s healing among all people.
We pray for peace and order in our nations streets. We refuse to backdown and be isolated in fear because of the recent sniper attack in Dallas. Father we pray for the families of the officers that fell in the line of duty. We are profoundly grateful for the men and women who serve as police offices every day. Lord give us strength to stand for reconciliation. Help us to live our lives serving others just as you laid down your life for us. In Jesus name, amen.
His Life Matters
Let’s fight for racial reconciliation. Let’s live with the joyful knowledge that every tribe and tongue will be around the throne of God in heaven. Let’s bring heaven to earth and enjoy the diversity of different races that the Dallas metroplex is blessed with!
Be a Messenger of Reconciliation
